Beneficiary: Refractarios Campo S.L
Objetcive: To improve the employability and professional integration of young people in Galicia through the formalization of training contracts aimed at gaining professional experience or alternating work-study training contracts, facilitating their entry into the labour market. The ultimate goal is to provide these young people with their first professional experience, promoting their employability and the retention of young talent in our Autonomous Community.
Grant title: PROGRAMA GALICIA SUMA TALENTO: EMPRÉGATE, DE INCENTIVOS Á CONTRATACIÓN NA EMPRESA ORDINARIA PARA A CONTRATACIÓN INDEFINIDA DE PERSOAS DESEMPREGADAS DE 52 ANOS OU MÁIS.

Objetcive: To promote the recruitment of unemployed people by ordinary companies and non-profit organisations, particularly those facing greater difficulties in accessing employment, as established by the Regional Ministry of Employment, Trade and Emigration, as well as to support the training of these people within the business environment.
